Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:
🚫 Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
🚫 Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
🚫 Personal care items (such as beauty products)
🚫 Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.


Exchanges

The fastest way to receive your desired item is to return the one you have and purchase the new item separately after the return is accepted.


14-Day Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

In addition to the above, if your goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As mentioned, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, you will be refunded automatically via your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
